Start with what you know

Share known defects and the work already completed. Estimates, inspection reports, or photos can help later, but you do not need to hire a contractor before requesting a conversation.

Understand the renovation math

A buyer has to account for repairs, holding and transaction expenses, and a margin for taking on the project. Ask how those assumptions influence the price. Our completed projects show the work we actually undertake.

Decide what stays and what goes

An as-is agreement should still address belongings, occupancy, and any specific commitments. Tell us what you want to keep and what you would prefer to leave for the buyer to handle.
