How we use it
We use submitted information to respond, evaluate the property or opportunity, and follow up about your inquiry. Requesting an offer does not obligate you to sell.
Website service providers
Netlify hosts this website and processes form submissions. As you type in the address field, the entered address text is sent to Esri’s geocoding service to provide suggestions. You can type a complete address without selecting a suggestion. These services may process technical information such as an IP address under their own privacy policies.
Analytics and referral information
We use Google Analytics to understand visits and actions such as starting a form or clicking to call. Our custom analytics events do not include the name, phone number, email, or property address you enter. Referral and campaign information may be included with an inquiry to help us understand where it came from.
Sharing and handling information
Information may be handled by our team and the service providers involved in receiving and responding to your inquiry. If a transaction proceeds, additional parties such as a title company may need information to complete it. Please avoid sending passwords, bank account details, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive records through this website.
