Mark Ronea founded Xceptional Investments in 2006, building on his background in mortgage finance. We buy properties directly, bring homes back to life, and build relationships with the people involved.
Mark began in mortgage finance at 17, launched XI in 2006, and steered the business through the 2008 housing downturn. Today, our work brings together acquisitions, renovations, and investor partnerships across the Twin Cities. We know that selling a house is often connected to something bigger: a move, a family decision, or a change in plans.
