Who will actually buy the property?
Ask for the legal buyer name, the person responsible for the transaction, and a clear explanation of whether the buyer intends to close or assign the agreement. Ask about proof of funds and how the closing will be handled.
What could change the deal?
Review contingencies, inspection periods, deposits, cancellation rights, and any circumstances that could change the price. A verbal assurance is less useful than a written term everyone understands.
Can you verify their work?
Look for a real business identity, contact information, relevant customer feedback, and completed projects. Ask questions about examples similar to your property. Give yourself room to compare offers and obtain independent advice.
