At the age of 17, Mark Ronea, CEO of Xceptional Investments, Inc., was fascinated by the fast pace world of mortgage finance. His fascination inspired him to dig into the endless opportunities in the real estate industry.

In 2006, Mark launched Xceptional Investments, Inc. in the midst of the housing bubble burst and persevered even through many losses during the market crash of 2008. With 18 years of experience in almost every facet of real estate, Mark and Xceptional Investments, Inc. have been able to give investors, buyers, and sellers an advantage in this ever-fluctuating industry.
